OPSS-PEG-NHS, PDP-PEG-NHS

Pyridyl disulfide propriate (PDP) functionalized polyethylene glycol NHS (PDP-PEG-NHS or NHS-PEG-OPSS) is a thiol (-SH) and amino reactive PEG derivative that can be used to modify protein, peptide or any other surfaces via available thiol (sulfulhydryl) group in cysteine residues to generate a cleavable disulfide bond. PDP PEGs react with thiol groups at pH 5.0~6.5.
