Inulin Conjugates
Inulin is a polysaccharide consisting of fructose units. Inulin is an energy molecule in plants. Since inulin is not metabilized in human blood and passes the kidneys unchanged, inulin is therefore frequently used for the diagnosis of kidney disorders. An important measure of kidney function is the glomerular filtration rate (GFR). GFR is the volume of fluid filtered from the renal (kidney) glomerular capillaries into the Bowman's capsule per time unit. Fluorescently labeled inulin conjugates, therefore, can be easily detected with commom fluorescence instruments. Nanocs offers a series of fluorescent labeled inulin conjugates that can be used to detect and track inulin pass ways. These inulin conjugates cover a wide range of spectrum from UV region to near IR area. These fluorescent inulin products include FITC-Inuline, Rhodamine-Inulin, Cy3-Inulin, Cy5-Inulin, Cy5.5-Inulin, Cy7-Inulin, Cy7.5-Inulin . We also do customized Inulin labeling with other fluorophores such as BODIPY dyes, alexa fluor dyes and many other fluorophores such as Sun Fluor dyes. In addition, Nanocs offers chemically activated Inulin conjugates modified by amines, biotins, DNP, maleimides, NHS, vinylsulfone, azides, DBCO, alkynes and many others. |
