M50 Magnetic Nanobeads
M50TM magnetic nanobeads are one of Nanocs’ multifunctional super paramagnetic beads that can be used for biomolecule and cell labeling, tracking, purification and separation. The average size of these nanoparticles is around 60 nm with size distribution in the range of 50-80 nm. These magnetic nanoparticles have iron oxide core over coated by special biocompatible polymers and make them well suited for biomedical applications. Unlike large magnetic beads, those small magnetic nanoparticles have very small particle size and they can be used directly for cell separation without disturbing or disrupting regular cell development process. On the other hand, unlike very small magnetic nanoparticles, our M50TM magnetic nanobeads can be extracted by magnet without need magnetic column, a big advantage for fast and convenient biomolecule or cell labeling and separation. To meet different applications, Nanocs has developed a range of diverse M50TM magnetic nanobeads with a number of different functional groups, such as amines, carboxylic acids, azides, etc, with those functional groups, M50TM beads can be easily conjugated to proteins, antibodies, nucleic acids or peptides. We also provide fluorescently labeled M50TM nanobeads that can be used for cell labeling and tracking. Our bioconjugated M50TM nanobeads, such as streptavidin, antibody conjugated or biotinylated M50TM nanobeads, are excellent magnetic nanoparticles that are suitable for biomolecular separation, detection and bioassay development. |
