Methoxy PEG dithio NHS, mPEG-S-S-NHS

Nanocs dithio NHS PEG is an amine reactive PEG with a reducing reagent cleavable disulfide bond. NHS group reacts with primary amine groups at pH 7-9 while dithio bond can be reduced with disulfide bond reducing reagents such as DTT, TCEP, etc. Dithio NHS PEG is another amine reactive PEG introduced by Nanocs for some special amine pegylation applications.
