Cy5.5 PEG Amine:

Cy5.5 PEG NH2 is one of Nanocs' reactive near infrared fluorescent dyes that have a primary amine group. Cy5.5 PEG dye has excitation/emission wavelength at 675 nm/694 nm. Amino functionalized Cy5.5 PEG dye reacts readily with a number of amine reactive functional groups such as succinimidyl ester (NHS), carboxylic acid (-COOH), aldehyde, etc. Reaction between amine and other groups allows easy and quick conjugation of Cy5.5 dye to proteins, antibodies, nucleic acids, particles and many other substrates. PEG linker between Cy5.5 and amine group offers better water solubility, reduced steric hindrance and enhanced stability. Compared to other fluorescent dyes, Nanocs’ reactive fluorescent PEG dyes are brighter, more stable and easier to use. All our reactive fluorescent PEG dyes can be used directly in aqueous buffer without need adding any organic solvents.
