Nanocs functionalized silver nanoparticles were made from well controlled chemical reduction methods. These particles are monodispersed with narrow size distribution (<15%). Our functionalized silver nanoparticles have spherical shape and are dispersed in aqueous solution. Functionalized silver nanoparticles can be used to generate various silver probes for applications in SERS, SEM, TEM, light microscopy and blotting.

Nanocs streptavidin coated silver nanoparticles can bind to biotinylated molecules or particles with high affinity. These particles can be used as probes for molecular detection, bioassay or imaging.

Physical Properties:

• Yellow to pale yellow translucent solution;
• Concentration: 0.05mM based on silver; 30-50 ug/mL streptavidin.
