Thiol Reactive Agarose Beads
|
Description:
Thiol reactive agarose beads offered by Nanocs have high reactivity, lower non-specific absorption and uniform size. These reactive agarose beads have been designed to provide high density thiol reactive groups to capture molecules with free thiol/sulfhydryl groups, such as cysteine. Upon reaction, a cleavable disulfide bond is formed between agarose and captured molecules. Subsequent reduction of disulfide bond will release the captured molecules from the bead surfaces. These activated beads have multiple functional groups that can be used to attached various bio-ligands covalently to the bead surface. Covalently linked ligands offer high stability and are suitable for various biomolecule purification, capturing and assay. Nanocs surface modified agarose beads provide more choices than any other companies in this field. Customer conjugation and modification is available upon request.
