Biotin functional agarose beads (Mab-Biotin) are one of Nanocs' surface functionalized magnetic agarose beads that have multiple biotin groups on their surface. These magnetic agarose beads have super-paramagnetic properties and they can be easily separated from media with commonly available magnetic beads separation devices. Our biotin functionalized magnetic agarose beads have high density of biotin molecule on their surfaces and these biotinylated agarose beads can bind to avidin or streptavidin with high affinity.  Because of their super paramagnetic property, these biotinylated agarose beads can be easily purified with magnet.
