DBCO functionalized Agarose beads are one of Nanocs' functionalized resins that have uniform size in the range of 50~150 microns. DBCO (Dibenzylcyclooctyne) is one of most popular Click Chemistry reagents that can react with azide groups in aqueous solution without need any copper catalyst. Our DBCO functionalized agarose beads have multiple DBCO groups that can be used to attached various bio-ligands covalently to the bead surface through reaction with azide groups. Covalently linked ligands offer high stability and are suitable for various biomolecule purification, capturing and assay. Nanocs surface modified agarose beads provide more choices than any other companies in this field. Customer conjugation and modification is available upon request.
