Tetrazine Acid is one of Nanocs Tetrazine Click Chemistry derivatives that can react with TCO (transcyclooctene) or Norbornene (NOB) group. The reaction of Tetrazine with TCO or NOB is exceptionally fast (up to 30 000 M-1s-1). However, the stability of tetrazine is much lower comapred to methyltetrazines.
