Dextran streptavidin conjugate is made by covalent attachment of streptavidin to dextran backbone. 1~5 streptavidins are linked to each dextran. This dextran streptavidin is water soluble and has stronger binding affinit towards biotin. Nanocs provides a variety of chemically functionalized and bioconjugated streptavidin with different functionality. These functional streptavidin products were purified by size chromatography to remove non-conjugated molecules and ensure adequate applications both in-vitro and in-vivo.
