Rodamine labeled IgG (Immunoglobulin G) is one of Nanocs' fluorescent antibody conjugates that were labeled with red fluorescent dyes. IgG (Immunoglobulin G) is a serum antibody protein circulated in blood. IgG molecules are created and released by plasma B cells. They are the most common antibodies.

Rhodamine labeled IgG from Nanocs is a red/pink fluorescent IgG conjugate that has a excitation/emission wavelength at 546/570 nm. Nanocs' IgG Rhodamine conjugate was prepared by covalent conjugation of Rhodamine fluorescent dyes to IgG molecules. Extensive purification process has been applied to remove any non-conjugated free dyes. These fluorescently labeled IgG conjugates can be easily detected by common fluorescent instruments such as fluorometer, fluorescent plate reader, fluorescent microscope or flow cytometer.  Rhodamine IgG conjugate is suitable for both in-vitro and in-vivo imaging applications.
