Fetuin, FITC labeled
|
Description:
Fetuin-FITC is one of Nanocs' fluorescently labeled glycoprotein conjugates. Fetuin is a glycosylated protein from blood serum. It functions as a transport or carrier protein. Fetuin is also called the alfa-2 Heremans-Schmid glycoprotein (AHSG) and corrensponds to a molecular weight of 64 kDa. Fetuin has been used in carbohydrate binding assay or drug carrier. FITC (fluorescein) is a strong green fluorescent dye that emits bright fluorescent light at 515 nm upon excited around 490 nm. FITC labeled fetuin is a green fluorescent fetuin conjugate that can be easily detected with common fluorescent instruments such as fluorometer, fluorescent microscope or fluorescent plate reader. Nanocs provides a variety of chemically functionalized and bioconjugated Fetuin conjugates, these conjugates were purified by size chromatography to remove non-conjugated molecules and ensure adequate applications both in-vitro and in-vivo.
