Catalase, PEG labeled
|
Description:
PEG labeled catalase is one of Nanocs' pegylated catalase conjugates. Catalase is a common enzyme found in nearly all living organisms exposed to oxygen. It catalyzes the decomposition of hydrogen peroxide to water and oxygen. Catalase is a important enzyme in protetecting the cell from oxidative damage by reactive oxygen species. PEG modified catalase shows better stability with good reactivity. Nanocs provides a variety of chemically functionalized and bioconjugated catalase with different functionality. These functionalized catalase conjugates were purified by size exclusion chromatography to ensure adequate applications both in-vitro and in-vivo.
