BSA Alexa fluor 488 is one of Nanocs' fluorescent albumin conjugates. Alexa fluor 488 is a strong green fluorescent dye that emits bright fluorescent light at 515 nm upon excited around 490 nm. Alexa fluor 488 labeled BSA is a green fluorescent BSA conjugate that can be easily detected with common fluorescent instruments such as fluorometer, fluorescent microscope or fluorescent plate reader. Nanocs provides a variety of chemically functionalized and bioconjugated albumin (BSA) with different functionality. These functional BSA products were purified by size chromatography to remove non-conjugated molecules and ensure adequate applications both in-vitro and in-vivo.
