Azide PEG Thiol, MW 20 kDa
|
Synonyms: Thiol PEG Azide, Azido PEG Thiol, HS-PEG-Azide, HS-PEG-N3, N3-PEG-SH
Description:
Azide PEG Thiol (N3-PEG-SH) is one of Nanocs' bifunctional PEG derivatives that can have an azide (N3) group on one of PEG terminus and a thiol group (-SH) on the other terminus. Azide group can react with alkyne in aqueous solution catalyzed by copper. It can also be reduced into amine group easily. Thiol group, on the other hand, can be used to react with many noble metal surfaces. PEG linker between azide and thiol groups offers enhanced water solubility, ample space length and higher stability.
