Description:
Estrogen/estradiol PEG NHS is one of Nanocs' bioactive steroid PEG conjugates that can be used for drug discovery or bioassay development. Estrogen, also called oestrogen, is a primary female sex hormone and is responsible for development and regulation of the female reproductive system and secondary sex characteristics. NHS functional Estrogen PEG is a thiol reactive derivative that can react with primary amine group rapidly at alkaline pH to form a stable amide bond. Pegylated estrogen have better water solubility and other enhanced properties. Nanocs can provide other estrogen PEG derivatives based on customer request.
