DSPE-PEG-DFO
|
Synonyms: DFO PEG DSPE, Deferoxamine PEG DSPE, DSPE PEG DFO, DSPE PEG Deferoxamine
Product Description:
DFO (Deferoxamine) PEG DSPE is one of Nanocs' metal chelating PEG reagents that have a phospholipid functional group. DFO, also known as Deferoxamine or desferrioxamine, is a commonly used iron (Fe) chelator. DSPE (Distearyol-sn-glycerol-phosphoethanolamine), on the other hand, is a 18 C saturated phospholipid. DSPE functionalized DFO PEG can be used to prepare lipid nanoparticles with the iron-chelating DFO residues. PEG linker between DFO and DSPE offers better water solubility, flexible linker structure and enhanced stability.
