DFO PEG NHS
|
Synonyms: DFO PEG NHS, Deferoxamine PEG NHS, NHS PEG DFO, NHS PEG Deferoxamine
Product Description:
DFO (Deferoxamine) PEG NHS is one of Nanocs' metal chelating PEG reagents that have specific reactivity toward primary amine groups. DFO, also known as Deferoxamine or desferrioxamine, is a commonly used iron (Fe) chelator. NHS functionalized DFO PEG enables specific conjugation of DFO chelator to primary amine groups via fast amine-NHS. Reaction between NHS and amine proceeds quickly and efficiently at alkaline pH at 8.0-10.0. PEG linker between DFO and NHS offers better water solubility, flexible linker structure and enhanced stability.
