DFO (Deferoxamine) PEG Cy5 is one of Nanocs' fluorescent metal chelating PEG reagents that emit fluorescent light at 670 nm upon excited at 650 nm. DFO, also known as Deferoxamine or  desferrioxamine, is a commonly used iron (Fe) chelator. Cy5 labeled DFO PEG is a near infrared fluorescent probes with exitation/emission wavelength at 650 nm/670 nm. PEG linker between DFO and Cy5 offers better water solubility, flexible linker structure and enhanced stability.
